Through The Waters

In the journey of God’s people to the Promised Land, there are two pivotal movements where God places His people in front of a body of water – First, The Read Sea – Second, The Jordan River – inciting them to make a choice. God’s people, the future Israelites, had to choose whether they were going to cross these parted waters, trusting in God’s faithfulness, that He would deliver them to Israel, the Promised Land, or refuse, and turn back to slavery, wandering, and sin.
